Culinary indulgence
from early to late
Start your morning with the vitality breakfast buffet, packed with everything you need to energise you for the day ahead. If you feel peckish at lunchtime, order from the à la carte menu at the restaurant. Between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., late lunch is available for anyone coming straight from the slopes or the pool: here, hearty regional specialities meet sweet treats based on traditional recipes.
In the evenings, the culinary team at the Salnerhof Stuben takes time to focus on what really matters: we serve gourmet cuisine that highlights its Tyrolean roots with precision and refines them with subtle nuances. Crisp salads, fine oils, and a hand-picked selection of cheeses round the meal off perfectly. Creative vegetarian dishes are the norm for us, and we have a separate menu for children.
Spa – where warmth works its magic
The indoor swimming pool welcomes you with a counter-current system and massage jets that revitalise tired muscles. Behind it, you’ll find a sauna area that’s sure to delight:
- Paznauner sauna – classic, intense
- Floral-scented steam bath – a gentle mist that clears the airways
- Salt-brine grotto – salty air for deep breaths
- Laconium – the ancient Roman stone sauna that warms you slowly and thoroughly
In the relaxation areas, you can then take a seat on the loungers and help yourself to herbal teas, mountain spring water, or wellness drinks – everything is provided. The gym is there for anyone whose energy levels have other ideas. Massages are also available, on request and for a fee.
In winter – ready for the snow
Skiing comfort starts with storage: the newly refurbished, spacious ski storage room with boot-drying facilities is monitored by CCTV and offers each room its own secure locker.
The next morning, you’ll slip into warm, dry ski boots – a real game-changer. You can buy skipasses at the reception desk at the same price as at the cable car. As a hotel guest, you can also take advantage of great deals on ski hire and ski service from our partners. Meanwhile, your car is safely parked in the CCTV-monitored underground car park – one parking space per room is provided free of charge.
In summer – ready for the mountains
The Silvretta Card Premium will be waiting for you on arrival: with this card, you can use cable cars, buses, and enjoy activities throughout the Paznaun region. Bikes can be stored in the CCTV-monitored bike room, and the laundry service will take care of your cycling gear so that you can set off feeling fresh the next day. E-bikes are available to hire, rucksacks are provided in your room, and you can borrow Nordic walking poles free of charge.
