Payment and deposit

Accepted payment methods: cash (euros), Maestro, Visa, or Mastercard. No cheques. No refunds will be given for meals that have not been consumed.
Deposit: 40% of the total amount upon confirmation of the booking (by credit card or bank transfer).

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3 p.m. (if you will be arriving after 6 p.m., please let us know).
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Parking: check-in parking spaces are available in front of the hotel; after that, there’s an underground car park. On the day of departure, you’ll have to leave the underground car park by 10 a.m.; please use the Silvretta car park or the Parking Lounge (subject to a charge) instead.

Cancellation policy

Winter Season

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival (transaction fees for the deposit will be retained).
up to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount.
30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount.
In the event of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Summer Season

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (transaction fees for the deposit will be retained).
30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount.
In the event of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In general, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH) shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck, Tyrol. The place of performance is the location of the accommodation establishment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are only valid once they have been confirmed by us in writing.
Please note that any bank charges or credit card transaction fees incurred when refunding payments will not be borne by the hotel.

For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Dogs

Permitted on request and in selected room categories.
Price: €30.00 per day if booked in advance (excluding food). If you inform us on arrival: €50.00 per day (excluding food).
