Two drinks with the Salnerhof stamp
At Salnerhof, we have, of course, developed our very own creations for the guests at our bar in Ischgl. Both recipes call for a pinch of sea salt. After all, a pinch of salt tantalises both the taste buds and the palate.
Margarita – Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white, and that pinch of salt that gives this classic drink its depth. It tastes of the sea and the mountains all at once.
Alpine Gin & Tonic – iced Assam tea, lemon, agave syrup, mineral water, and salt. Lively, surprisingly complex, refreshing without compromise.

Indoors or outdoors
The bar leaves the choice up to you. Inside, you’ll find armchairs you can sink into, subdued lighting, and the soft clink of ice in glasses. Outside is one of Ischgl’s most beautiful sun terraces, where the sweeping, unobstructed view stretches towards Galtür and the mountain air complements your drink. Your glass will go wherever you want it to.
