Cancellation

for the winter season:
- up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival: 40%.
- 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
for the summer season:
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price

In principle, the Austrian hotel contract conditions are deemed to be agreed. AGBH
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck/Tyrol. The place of performance is the place where the accommodation is located.The cancellation declaration must be received by us in writing and confirmed by us in writing. We would like to point out that bank charges or transaction fees for credit card remittances are not covered by the hotel.

For fixed reservations of a room, we ask you to pay 40% of the total amount. Your payment can be made by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisen Bank Paznaun - Ischgl:

Alternatively is it possible to make the payment with your credit card (VISA- or MASTERCARD). Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques.
Arrival & Departure

- Please consider when planning your arrival that the room will be ready for you at 3.00 p.m.
