Cancellations, Worth knowing & Terms
For stays from 24.06.2022 to 18.09.2022 the following cancellation rules apply.
As a general rule:
Should a travel warning be in effect for Tyrol due to Covid-19 or closed borders be the case, a FREE CANCELLATION or FREE RE-BOOKING is possible EVERY TIME!!!
Otherwise the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 7 days before departure free of charge
- from 7 days before departure 90% of total price
- Group bookings do not fall under this special regulation - here the following cancellation rules apply
- up to 1 month before departure free of charge
- up to 7 days before departure: 70% of the total price
- from 7 days before departure: 90% of the total price
The following cancellation conditions apply for the winter season:
- up to 42 days before departure: cancellation free of charge
- up to 30 days before departure: 40%
- 1 month - 7 days bevore arrival: 70% of the total price
- 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
In principle, the Austrian hotel contract conditions are deemed to be agreed. (AGBH 2006)
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck/Tyrol. The place of performance is the place where the accommodation is located.
The cancellation declaration must be received by us in writing and confirmed by us in writing. We would like to point out that bank charges and transaction charges for credit card remittances are not borne by the hotel.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your personal safety! This also applies in the event of COVID-19 illness on arrival.
For bookings from 24.09.2022 - 18.09.2022 the following conditions apply.
No deposit is required. As security, please provide us with your credit card details. We will need your credit card number with expiry date (VISA, MASTERCARD). Cheques are not accepted.
Deposit for the winter season:
For fixed reservations of a room, we ask you to pay 30% of the total amount. Your payment can be made by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisen Bank Paznaun - Ischgl:

Alternatively we can debit the amount from your credit card. We need your credit card number and expiry date (VISA- or MASTERCARD). Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques.

- We kindly request that you vacate the room no later than 10.00 a.m. on the departure day.
- Please consider when planning your arrival that the room will be ready for you at 3.00 p.m.

There are special dog rooms. Please note urgently that dogs must already be announced at the time of reservation and that additional costs will apply.
Please understand that your pet may not be taken into the dining room and wellness facilities.

Our hotel offers free Wi-Fi. You will receive a code at the reception for internet access or sending emails (free throughout the hotel).
No liability is assumed for failures.

- up to 6 years: are invited
- from 7 to 10 years: 50 % of the daily rate
- from 11 to 15 years: 30 % of the daily rate
- from 16 years: 20 % of the daily rate

- 0 - 1 years - € 10,- per day
- 2 - 3 years - € 30,- per day
- 4 - 7 years - get 50 % off daily rate
- 8 - 11 years - get 30 % off daily rate
- 12 - 15 years - get 25 % off daily rate
- 16+ years - get 10 % off daily rate
A baby cot is available upon request. A 6-day VIP ski pass for children between 10 and 16 years costs € 176,00.

Only in parents' room
- 0 - 2 years - will be invited
- 3 - 5 years - € 25,- per day
- 6 - 8 years - € 50,- per day
- 9 - 13 years - get 50 % off daily rate
- 14 - 18 years - get 30 % off daily rate
- 19+ years - get 20 % off daily rate
The payment of the hotel bill can be made in cash (Euros) or by Maestro card or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
No refund for not consumed food.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques.
If there is more than one booking request for a room please understand that we prefer the earlier reservation. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. Please understand that due to the great numbers of pre-reservations there may be date deviations!
For stays of 4 days or less, we will add a 10% short-stay surcharge.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance and are happy to arrange this for you. Please note that, in the event of cancellation, cancellation costs can be deducted from the advance payment.
You can purchase holiday cancellation insurance from our partner, the European Travelinsurance.
