The Silvretta Arena connects Ischgl with the Swiss customs exclusion zone and ski resort of Samnaun, offering 45 state-of-the-art lifts and cable cars and 238 km of perfectly groomed slopes – a true mecca for skiers, snowboarders and snow sports enthusiasts. Between 2,000 m and 2,872 m above sea level, you will find north-facing slopes with guaranteed snow from the end of November to the beginning of May. This top ski resort was voted one of the top ten best ski resorts in the Alps out of 176 ski destinations.
Ischgl also shows its most diverse side away from the slopes. Those who prefer to enjoy winter in a quiet atmosphere can discover the snow-covered nature from its quiet, impressive side on over 100 kilometres of winter hiking trails.
