Our VITALITY breakfast buffet with gourmet and organic offerings includes homemade jams, mountain honey from local beekeepers, tea and juice bar, acid-base drinks, yoghurt and homemade butter from organic farms, organic bread, oven-fresh rolls and fresh fruit, fresh juices, espresso, cappuccino and many teas.
- Additionally we offer gluten-free food.
- For dinner we serve a 5-course gourmet or vitality menu, vegetarian diet or special diet food on request.
- For kids we offer a special choice dinner from the kids menu.

In the evening we serve you a gourmet menu with several courses in the hotel restaurant. Your day of vacation will be crowned with a 5-course dinner in one of the atmospherically illuminated rooms. The varied cuisine of Salnerhof Cuisine des Alps modern and light has some culinary revelations ready and surprises you every day with creative menus - prepared with a lot of passion. On request, we are happy to prepare vegetarian dishes according to the new health kitchen in menu order.
