Our pool " Quellgarten” is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is located in the basement.
The waterfall and massage jets switch on automatically after a set time interval. Children under 16 are only allowed entry when accompanied by an adult.
Cozy towels and sauna towels are available for you in the wellness area.

Enjoy a small afternoon snack with homemade delicacies every day, exclusively for our hotel guests.
Our buffet is available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the lobby (to the left of the bar area).

Our insider tip in the à la carte restaurant: Be sure to try our homemade SALNERHOF dumplings!

Innsbruck Airport is approx. 100 km away and Zurich Airport approx. 280 km from the Hotel Salnerhof.
Our staff at reception will be happy to provide you more information about flights and organize a taxi transfer for you.

Dogs are very welcome at the Salnerhof - but only uppon request, as we only have certain rooms available!
Please note that we charge € 30.00 per day for your dog.
We ask for your understanding that pets are unfortunately not allowed in our restaurants or in our wellness facilities.

Your room will be available to you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

You will find an ATM at the Raiffeisenbank, at the Volksbank and at the Sparkasse.
Cash withdrawals are possible around the clock. Our reception team will be happy to provide you further locations.

In the center of the village there is a branch of the Raiffeisen and Volksbank as well as the Sparkasse.

The banks in Ischgl are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

During your stay you can use our cozy bathrobes free of charge.

Our hotel bar and the associated sun terrace are located on the ground floor and are open daily from 12:00 p.m. until the request of our guests.

To safely store your own mountain bikes and bicycles, you can use our video-monitored ski and bike cellar free of charge.

Start the day with a hearty breakfast from our breakfast buffet in the dining room.
During the winter season: you can enjoy breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and in summer time from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Taking food from the buffet for later consumption is not permitted.

The bus stop towards Galtür and out of the valley to Landeck is near the hotel.
The nearest train station is approx. 30 km from Ischgl in the town of Landeck. Information about various train and bus connections is available at reception.

Ischgl has a Catholic church, the church of St. Nicholas, is located directly in the village centre (approx. 5-10 minutes' walk from the Salnerhof).

In Ischgl, you can do pirouettes on the ice rink around the Silvretta Therme.
This is the ideal opportunity to combine the outdoor experience with a relaxing visit to the spa.

Silvretta Cable Car Museum

Experience the development with its pioneers in the Silvretta Cable Car Museum. The Silvretta Cable Car Museum is located right next to the entrance to the village tunnel, in the center of Ischgl.
Even history sometimes needs a new coat of paint. That's why the small but fine museum was completely renovated and refurbished in 2009.
Since then, it has welcomed guests and locals every Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - and takes them back in time.

We will be happy to receive your reservations for the in-town located hairdressers at the reception which will be organized for you.

You can leave and enter the hotel at any time, but please take your key card with you all the time.
The hotel door will be locked at about midnight.
Please actuate the wall switch to open the door from the inside.
With your Hotel Key-Card you can open the front door from the outside.

Our hotel offers free WiFi throughout the entire area.
You can get the wlan-password for your stay directly on the reception.
Unfortunately, we accept no liability for any outages and ask for your understanding.

In order to avoid longer waiting times on the day of departure, we ask you to pay your room bill the evening before (in winter by 10:00 p.m. at the latest, in summer by 8:30 p.m. at the latest).

The pharmacy is a home medicine cabinet and is located at Dr. Andreas Walser, a two-minute walk from our hotel directly opposite the Silvretta cable car.

The Silvretta High Alpine Road is only open in summer and is therefore completely closed for traffic during winter time.

The spacious spa and wellness area "Land of Smiles" with around 400 m² of pampering ambience is located in the basement and can be reached via the stairs or the elevator as well as from the indoor pool with your key card.
The wellness area with its 6 revitalizing facilities is open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If the weather is consistently bad, the wellness area is open earlier for you.

Our cozy towels and sauna towels are available at the entrance of the wellness area. You will find the sauna bag prepared for your stay in your room.
Please understand that we cannot allow children under 12 years of age to enter the rest and relaxation areas and that children under 16 years of age can only enter if accompanied by an adult.

The entire sauna area is textile-free, so children under 16 are not permitted.

You can open your room safe contactlessly using your room key card.
Liability is assumed within the framework of the statutory hotel liability insurance for properly stored valuables up to an amount of EUR 3,000.00.

The ski kindergarten is for children aged 3 to 5 and can be booked daily from Sunday to Friday with advance notice.

We will be happy to issue your ski pass for your stay. You will receive the ski pass after ordering it at reception.
Your ski pass will be loaded onto a contactless data carrier.

A deposit of €7.00 (€5.00 card deposit + €2.00 processing fee) will be added to your hotel bill for the key card.
If you return the card to reception, the deposit will of course be cancelled.

The video-monitored ski cellar is located in the basement. From there you can take a staircase directly to the village street.
Both doors can be opened with your key card. Please note that the ski cellar is not accessible overnight for safety reasons.
We kindly ask you to take this into account if you leave early (departure at night) and to stow your equipment in your car the evening before. We will be happy to help you with it.

The ski school offers both group courses and private courses for adults and children, beginners or advanced.
