Sweathouse, Roman-Style
Originated with the spas of ancient Rome, this dry, gentle sauna was named "Laconium" by the Romans. The cabin temperature is mild (around 65ºC), providing gentle heat allowing the body temperature to rise slowly, to purify and detoxify.
Having enjoyed the great outdoors of Ischgl’s glorious mountain scenery, a sauna bath experience is wonderful for both body and mind.
The Laconium gives a gentler and more soothing experience than most other saunas and leaves you feeling pleasant and totally rejuvenated.
