The Small Print and Important Details

Arrival and departure:
Please consider when planning your arrival that the room will be ready for you at 3pm. We kindly request that you vacate the room no later than 10am on the
day of your departure. If you are planning to arrive later than 11pm, we request you to inform us in advance. Tel: 0043/(0) 54 44/51 82.
Dogs may be welcomed upon request:
We include a surcharge of 15.00 - 25.00 Euro (depending on the animal’s size), not including food, for the special cleaning after you leave with your four-legged friend. Please note that your animal will not be permitted in the dining room and in the wellness area.
Internet:
Our hotel offers an Internet connection with wireless access. For a fee, you will receive a code at reception which you can use to surf or send emails.
Payment:
Payment of the bill is accepted in cash (Euros or Swiss Franks) as well as with Maestro Card or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). Checks are not accepted.
Miscellaneous:
There will be no refund for non-consumed meals. For stays of 4 days or less, we will add a 10% shortstay surcharge. If a double room is booked for single occupancy, then there will be a 80% surcharge. Prices and offers may be subject to change. Printing and other errors reserved.
Down payment:
For confirmed reservations, we request you submit a payment of 440.00 Euro per double room, and 220.00 Euro per single room. You may send your deposit payment by bank transfer to our account: No. 20222 Bank: Raiffeisenbank Paznaun subsidiary Ischgl, Bank Code: 36248, Swift Code (BIC): RZTIA T 22248. Make a low-fee wire transfer from all Euro countries using IBAN: AT 133624800000020222 and BIC: RZTIA T 22248. Alternatively, we can make the charge directly from your credit card. We will require the number and expiration date when booking (VISA, MASTERCARD). Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation:
The standard Austrian hotel industry conditions apply. Room cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellation fees will be assessed for cancellations 3 months in advance of arrival. For cancellations up to one month out, we charge 3 days’ stay. For cancellations within 1 month of the planned holiday, in the case of delayed arrival, or for early departures, we must unfortunately include 80% of the reserved stay in the bill. The cancellation must be communicated to us in writing by the deadlines given above. We recommend you obtain travel insurance and are happy to help you complete the purchase.
Trip Cancellation Insurance:
You can obtain trip insurance through our partner, ERV (Europäische Reiseversicherung).
