Arrival and Departure:
Guest rooms are normally ready by 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate their apartments by 10:00am on the day of departure. Please check with Reception if you should arrive later than 11:00pm.
Advance Prepayment:
An advance prepayment of EURO 220.00 per room reserved is required per person. Please make your payment to the following Account:

For transfers within EU countries: IBAN: AT 133624800000020222 and BIC: RZTIAT22248.
If you announce your bank data we will debit the sum to your account—no bank expenses will apply. Please contact us for more detailed information.
If you provide us with your credit card data (we accept VISA and Mastercard), we will deduct the amount from your credit card.

Room reservations are subject to Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations. Cancellation notification from you needs to be given in writing. If you cancel three months or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your entire prepayment will be refunded. If you notify us of a cancellation three months to one month prior to arrival, you will be charged at the quoted tariff for three nights. If cancellation is made one month or less prior to arrival or if you depart earlier, we will charge you 80% of total cost.

Dog Policy:
Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay with us at Salnerhof by prior arrangement. We charge a nightly pet fee of EURO 15.00 to 25.00 without food. Please note that pets are not allowed in our dining room and spa.
